The Team And Role

Logitech Audio group is looking for a Test Development and Automation Manager. Our products include wired and wireless headsets, earbuds, mobile speakers, PC speakers, and microphones. The Test Development and Automation Manager will be working with energetic and friendly professionals across the globe on these fun products.

The Test Development and Automation Manager is responsible for leading a team of test development engineers in multiple sites. The Test Development team’s responsibility is to deliver effective production testing stations and solutions with internal and external factories.

The Test Development and Automation Manager also manages another Automation team. He or she will act as an Automation architect and guide Automation engineers. The goal is to deliver automation tests for product qualification tests.

• Leading a Test Development Team to establish effective and efficient manufacturing tests.
• Cross-function discussion to define test specifications and methodology of production line tests.
• Design and review production testing flow and specification of audio products with CDM/OEM factories.
• Manage an Automation team and create a roadmap for Automation tests.
• Cross-function discussion with stakeholders about the Automation test items, test requirements.
• Design an Automation test framework, including equipment, hardware gadgets, test flows… and etc.
• Drive and review automation implementation with the team.
  
  

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin communications.
• Experience in production test and system engineering designs.
• Experience in building automation test systems and production line test systems.
• Familiarity with Python programming.
• Experience in Object-oriented programming.
• Experience in software development, unit testing, and integration test.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Experience in Audio product testing.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Bluetooth testing.
• Experience in acoustic testing.
• Experience in working with functional teams in multiple sites.
• Experience in working with contracted manufacturers.
• Experience in consumer electronics product testing.
• ISTQB Certification.
