Job Descriptions

• Lead, inspire and grow a team of Application Engineers to engage with prospects, providing technical discovery and solutions recommendations while working in partnership with PM, Marketing, FAE, RD, and customers. Manage and motivate a diverse collection of engineering professionals.
• Contribute to building a business that promotes exceptional growth and maintain motivation in order to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
• Engage directly with prospects regarding architecture discussions and best practices. Support, and communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Work cross-functionally with our Product, Support, Engineering and Sales teams.
• Hire, coach and drive a team to work towards strategic goals, while prioritizing the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
• Innovate current technical support model in cooperation with FAE and PM teams
• Measure, Analyze and Report technical Support Performance and Progress

Requirement for the position

• Bachelor or above in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or related majors
• Language: Fluent in both spoken and written English
• 8~ years of professional experience in Computer related fields.
• Self-motivated to learn new technologies and participate in the new market trends, and the ability to work under fast cadence.
• Strong teamwork, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
