Other Key Duties

• Work with the Talent Acquisition Consultant and support recruitment activities (sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening…etc).
• Support TA to innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talents.
• Recruitment related works related with internal parties.

1. 招募：人才搜尋、履歷篩選、面試安排。

2. 建立良好雇主品牌形象、執行、優化與創新發想。

3. 其他招募作業相關交辦事項。

Qualifications

• 在學學生或是應屆畢業生，對人力資源有興趣者佳。
• 對自己有高度期許，能夠快速適應高速成長的環境，遇到挫折從不輕言放棄。
• 喜歡與人互動，反應快、具備優異的溝通表達能力。
• 優異的時間管理以及自主管理能力，能夠釐清關鍵目標並達成任務
