Position Overview

Maintain key point of contact relationship with current accounts, cultivating and maintaining these customer relationships by assessing their needs, understanding business requirements, and managing overall expectations. Maintain all additional points of contact related to selling the traditional product and service portfolio.

You are responsible for
  • Responsible for proactively engaging clients to develop a pipeline of product, software and service portfolio opportunities.
  • In order to meet the given sales target, you’re expected to develop new clients’ portfolio and increase existing clients spend with DN.
  • Create and manage account plan for all accounts overseen, including: successful sale of any opportunity of DN system, software and services.
  • Assessment of whitespace opportunities with these clients.
  • Define and organize the customer account team and use DN internal governance to push forward its strategy and projects.
  • Consistent use of CRM, Salesforce.com to track and manage opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding in DN system, software and services and an understanding of new solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of DN product portfolio and capable of the detail presentation about it within sales opportunities.
  • Consistent and accurate forecasting of renewals, growth and at-risk deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed renewal and growth sales objectives and monthly key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking direct sales ( account manager ), or new business development in end-to-end banking solution sales (including Software, Managed Services, Services, Hardware).
  • Well versed with internal sales processes and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal bank processes.
  • General knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plus.
  • Proven success in high quota carrying position.
  • Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success as an Account Executive, ex: solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, time and territory management, customer empathy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Second language skill: English - medium.
