- The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.Plan and conduct internal EHS training for Taiwan and overseas employees
- Supervision of high-risk work to prevent violation and injury
- Perform customer Fab onsite patrol and audit, identify and improve potential EHS hazards
- Customer Fab gown, storage area 6S management
- Attend customer regular EHS meeting and documentations
- Ensure PIP/ Security/ EHS compliance with government, customer and company requirements
- Incident/ customer violation emergency response and follow-up
- Other administrative work
Minimum Qualifications
乙級安全(衛生)管理員 license, Bachelor or Master’s degree from EHS related department
2~3 years EHS mgt. work experience is preferred, the work experience in high-tech company is better.
Good Knowledge of local EHS regulations and customer rules
Skillful in English written and oral capability, good in communication, corporation
Critical thinking, problem solving, communication skills are necessary
Good in Microsoft Office skills (ex: PowerPoint, Excel, Word…) and presentation skill.
