As part of the Sustaining Operations team in the ISG (Intelligent Sensing Group) Operations organization you will be responsible for a broad cross section of tactical and strategic activities related to supply chain optimization. Specific to this role will be leading efforts to drive best in class supply chain solutions.

Successful candidates will have a background in semiconductor supply chain and operations. To execute in this role the candidate will need to thrive in working with multiple planning, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, and business unit teams.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap: develop a competitive supplier roadmap that comprehends supplier capability, capacity, and cost
• Benchmarking: benchmark internal / external suppliers; understand the competitive landscape
• Capacity: primary point of contact for capacity (available / planned / modeled)
• Capital: primary point of contact for the capital spending plan
• Assimilate various quantifiable / qualifiable inputs and synthesize into a comprehensive supply chain model that drives the decision-making process

Required Skills

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to organize and coordinate at a global level
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Results oriented - identifies issues and drives the decision process
• Solid problem-solving skills, sound judgment
• Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Experience

• Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor supply chain landscape
• Knowledgeable in the supplier selection process
• CMOS Image Sensor industry experience a plus
• 7+ plus years semiconductor industry experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent work experience
