To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.Job DescriptionSealed Air Taiwan (location in 桃園市蘆竹區長安路二段102號) is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage the supply chain activities and team in Taiwan Taoyuan site.This role reports to APAC IBP Leader based in Shanghai, and will work closely with commercial sales team and other functions in Taiwan and mainland China. Demand planning and EHS experience is MUST for this role.

• To use your supply chain management expertise to manage Supply Chain operations performance in Taiwan, including compliance, EHS, on time delivery and cost
• Lead S&OP process in Taiwan, including demand forecast, supply planning and inventory management
• Collaborate with supply chain teams in other locations to ensure smooth operations of SEE global supply network
• Coach team members and conduct projects assigned
• Represent Taiwan supply chain team in cross-functional activities

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering required
• Sound professional track in supply chain management
• EHS experience is highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills a must
• SAP experience is required
• English reading and writing skills required
• Knowledge of chemical management a plus
• CPIM, CSCP,CTLD certification holder is highly preferred
• Hands on, self-driven, business acumen, data sense, communicator, resiliency
