Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1- Lead and Manage the inventory, purchasing, logistics and other assigned functional business areas

2- Establish mid-term strategy and annual budget plan to support business growth

3- Align with other support functions (finance, IT, QA) to improve the processes for the assigned areas

4- Lead the team to implement & execute annual action plans to meet organization objectives and goals

5- Establish KPIs for the team and ensure performance to KPI for team members

6- Understand, manage and monitor the company spend, inventory levels,

and other financial measures of success and regularly report out the results to

multiple stakeholders including General Manager & Top management.

Qualifications:

1- 10+ years of work experience in a multinational science-based organization is plus

2- Experience in managing teams with different functions (5 – 10 members)

3- Experience with leading and effectively influencing cross-functional teams

4- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, process execution, and organizational & project management skills

5- Critical thinker with decent business acumen

6- Preferred experience in global top pharmaceutical / biotech companies / global CROs

7- Fluent Mandarin & English communication and presentation skills

8- 10+ years of relevant work experience with BA; or 7+ years of relevant experience with MA or other advanced certifications
