EHS and Information protection:

· Live and promote "we never compromise on safety". Follow all environment, health and safety related precautions

· Business related information and documents should be protected against misuse or loss by appropriate Information protection measures

Compliance and Code of Conduct:

• Actively represent MBCC Group interests and act as a role model with regards to Compliance and Code of conduct, ensure adherence to legal regulations and the company’s internal guidelines as well CORE values and principles.

Core Responsibilities

· Connect SC innovation projects with business strategic plan in alignment with global supply chain strategy.

· Driving force to identify/define best practices, conduct benchmarks (internal/external), market data analytics as well as promote and support countries initiatives

· Lead Go to Market strategy together with Trade, local and regional teams.

· Develop collaboration platform/meetings to enable information sharing and team work

· Align project objectives, methodology and deliverables with senior stake holders

· Define project road map and with regular project status updates, be the single accountable focal point for key stakeholders

· Ensure proper stake holder alignment and coordination across all functions especially prior to steering committee and key decision meetings

· Drive continuous improvement with distributors to meet and over deliver performance targets (service, process, costs).

· Provide strategic and operational support to the warehousing operations

· Continuously evaluate and improve redressing & transportation lead-time and cost through load & route optimization

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

· Education: Bachelor’s Degrees in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

· Ability to speak English at business level is required.

· Working Experience: Six (6) years in supply chain, especially C&FT area.

· Working knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4 and MS Office / Powerpoint are also required.

· Technical & Professional Knowledge: Developed in project management with an ability to effectively negotiate with commercial, functional unit, and executive management team members on a regional and global level

· Strategic thinker with proven track record of supply chain innovation

· Master communication techniques (presentation, oral/writing)

· Ability to interact and influence various stakeholders at senior level from different functions

· Strong project management skills

· Proactive, autonomous, fast learner, curious, results driven

· Strong analytical skills

· Systems savvy and advanced MS Office skills and SAP - IBP

· Strong data analysis skills/experience are preferred
