不需要懂日文，只要基本英語溝通即可!

【Responsibilities】

• Work as supplier quality owner of the whole project to work with both clients and suppliers.
• Attend project regular review meetings, and update each P.O. quality status to project team.
• Prepare for project and product ITP, and update ITP based on client’s comments until final approval.
• Pass approved ITP to supplier, and make sure the supplier follows up approved ITP.
• Review and approve related welding books, hydro test, NDE, and painting etc procedures.
• Perform process or final inspection at supplier site based on approved ITP.
• Review and approve supplier inspection reports based on ITP and vendor document list.
• Initiate and follow up NCRs with suppliers, address NCRs in the Intelex system.
• Initiate and follow up supplier deviation
• Schedule meetings with suppliers to review quality documents or quality issues.
  

【Qualification】

• Familiar with carbon steel, stainless steel, high alloy material welding ,NDE and painting etc.
• Familiar with pump, valve and instrument quality control.
• Familiar with the module or skid assembly process.
• Able to communicate in English
• CWI, IWE preferred
