Job Summary:

The Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for ViewSonic’s EaaS (ecosystem-as-a-service) business direction, particularly on software and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategic partnership, and cross-function coordination, and preferably with an education background. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and potential ones, to identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, execute strategic initiatives, and cultivate these partnerships to make sure these alliances will contribute to the company’s short-term and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan that aligns with ViewSonic’s business objectives.
  • Supporting regional teams in identifying and evaluating potential partners that can help drive growth and revenue for ViewSonic’s software and service offerings.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional teams and key partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to partnership management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, partnership management, and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing successful partnerships and developing partner programs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
