Utilization/Efficiency

Schedule planning for Wafer Sort:

• Weekly review capacity against loading and to overcome the constraint in production during peak load situation.
• Manage to pull in more WIP if encountered low loading situation to try to fill up utilizations.
• Production trouble shooting and debottleneck (hardware down time, process, LOH…etc) resolve, act as coordinator in production output.
  

Delivery

• Manage vendor commit vs the delivery needs according to the customer required date. CRD Hit Rate tracking.
• Execution for priority tag in vendor scheduling tool to have precise prioritization of needed lots.
• Qtrend executions to achieve company revenue goal.
