【Job Description】

• This role is an executive who manages IC technology development teams, including Analog & Mixed Signal IPs, Digital IPs, and reports to the CEO.
• Develop a clear strategy for future development and execution, and ensure IP developed meets or exceeds market demands, including utilizing third-party IP.
• Provide direction, support and technical guidance in daily operations to ensure execution of technology program and product development is on track.
• Work closely with product teams to derive product roadmap synchronizing with technology and engineering programs.
• Collaborate with product teams responsible for enabling on-time silicon to meet aggressive product schedules.
• Manage at least 50 people.

【Job Requirements】

• Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 20+ years of work experience in IC design industry is a must (Design House)
