Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and development of the regional external subcontractors to achieve the highest possible performance in the areas of quality, cost, delivery and technology.
• Administrate/demand teamwork with internal Engineering, Quality, Planning team and partnership with subcontractors to reduce overall cost of ownership including but not limited to the following
• Manage the supplier development process to safeguard requirements, planning, cost and compliance to process or product specifications
• Drive manufacturing operational readiness in subcontractors by leveraging internal and external resources to support production ramp or sudden surge in customer demand
• Proactively identify and eliminate process bottlenecks or production risks

Experience

• Above 10 years working in semiconductor industry with 3-year managerial experience
• Reasonable know-how of Assembly/Package/Testing manufacturing processes.
• Comprehensive project management skill
• Manufacturing / Operations experience in OEM management and Supply Chain
  

Education

MS degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Material Science or related area. PhD Degree will be a big plus
