Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with software development.
• 3 years of experience within technical leadership and people management.
• Experience in C/C++.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in people management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: hardware emulation, embedded software design, data analysis, and CI/CD.
• Passion for embedded development and silicon SoC development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage Infrastructure, Engineering Productivity, and Product Engineering at Google Silicon Taipei.
• Work cross-functionally with adjacent Google Silicon and Google Pixel teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-geo EngProd and ProdEng leads to ensure consistent mission in Taipei subteams.
• Manage project schedules and define clear milestones relative to SoC schedule.
• Nurture a healthy and inclusive team culture and grow a team of Engineers.
