Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience in C/C++ coding.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in system and/or low level software development.
• Knowledge in security or cryptography.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers. Provide technical leadership, prioritizing, and decide the directions.
• Develop stable, secure, and performant foundation and services for security chip related functions in Chrome OS devices.
• Develop the platform components, libraries, and tools required for communicating with and managing the security chips.
• Integrate the hardware security services with Chrome, Android, and Linux on Chrome OS.
• Work on new hardware security features with the firmware team and the security team, and provide automated test coverage.
