As a Software Engineer for Pixel Tool, you will be building and improving on-device issue reporting experience, directing integrations with device ecosystem for consistent experience across issue types, and influencing product decisions to optimize Pixel quality based on data gathered.

In this role, you will be working across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world’s most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

• Help drive conversation forward and guide tool directions.
• Work across teams to manage conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Help determine requirements and user experience flow.
• Create design documents and coordinate work across multiple engineers.
• Implement and maintain systems to integrate with a wide range of data sources.
