Hyphenea is a cross-cultural company distributing quality French homeware and cookware brands in Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau. We are looking for a talented, dynamic, and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team in Taipei, Taiwan, and help us grow our brands awareness, client engagement and sales ultimately,

As a Social Media specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling, creating, and posting original and engaging content on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brands identity and goals
• Monitoring our brands posts in various countries, partners posts & cross-marketing events for active reposting
• Participating & setting social media & digital ads campaigns
• Monitoring and analyzing social media & ads metrics
• Responding to the comments & on social media on time.
• Researching and identifying latest trends and opportunities in the social media landscape, such as Social Commerce and Live commerce
• Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, E-commerce or journalism or a similar role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Traditional Chinese, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of English or French
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate fresh and relevant ideas for social media content.
• A solid understanding of social media best practices, tools, and platforms.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to use analytics to measure and optimize social media performance.
• A team player attitude, with the ability to work well with others and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
