Hyve Solutions specializes in providing our customers with purpose-built data center servers. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to join our hardware engineering team with responsibilities that include managing all phases of system validation to include directing/managing a system validation team focused on server level designs and collaborating with key partners to ensure designs meet customer requirements as well as managing customers by responding and resolving customer field escalations.

Job Responsibilities

Hardware SI/DQA Design Responsibility

Testing and developing validation plans for DQA (Design Quality Assurance), high-speed signal and power integrity

Working closely with PCB layout engineers for placements, power distribution and critical signal/bus routings

Analysis high speed design ability.

Pre/Post simulate in early design estimated for SI/PI.

Provided layout/constraints rule and set up in board Layout files.

Family with signal validation equipment/tools.

High/Low speed signal measurement.

Better to know protocol analysis and debugging.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering plus 6 years of related experience or equivalent.

4+ years of Server Product Development.

Firm understanding of signals measurement in a Server Product.

Demonstrated ability working in a fast-moving ,small team environment.

Working knowledge of major server components (motherboards, hard drives, RAM, CPU’s, heat sinks, fans, etc.) required.

Proven ability using appropriate test equipment.

Demonstrated ability in information analyzes problem solving and leadership.
