DescriptionSummary:We are hiring a Salesforce Enablement Specialist who will join as a critical member of our Business Architecture team in Global Sales Operations. In this role you will play a visible role in enabling our SFDC user community to optimize all the functionality and benefits that our technology platform has to offer. A key priority in this role is to provide well organized training and support for your regional users. Communication is critical in building solid relationships and engagement across sales, business and IT. A successful candidate will also embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems along with supporting SFDC platform day to day activities. Experience with Sales Cloud including: SFDC objects, creating SFDC reports and dashboards, territory management, validation rules, data quality and account management are required.Your ContributionMove fast. • In this role you will:
• Create and deliver end user training and documentation for onboarding new users and ongoing training with the goal of growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
• Perform general salesforce.com support functions including user account maintenance, reports, profiles, dashboards, workflows, new user setup, data cleanup and other related tasks.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements and creating documentation as needed, i.e. User Stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, business cases etc.
• Serve as primary contact and subject matter expert for Salesforce.com user support for your assigned area of the business
• Partner with the IT architecture and development teams to deliver world class solutions for the organization
• Work independently with members of the user community to define and document business requirements in support of the strategy defined by the Business Architect
• Assist users with resolution to system and process issues
• Partner with IT to support user acceptance and QA testing, manage release rollouts and feature enhancements representing GVCC business needs.

Key QualificationsFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 2-4 years Salesforce administration support
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively assist system users to resolve problems and questions
• Demonstrated ability to be solution-oriented, solve problems, and think out of box
• Proven self-starter, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial
• Strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making.

• Experience with Salesforce High Velocity Sales, Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or IT-related field is desired
