Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes.Job PurposeProvides general Technical Support to customers, which includes recommend product operating parameters; troubleshoot bath/ process/ consumption issues.Job Responsibilities

• General line audit and improvement.
• Pick up Bath Samples or Parts.
• Troubleshooting of Bath Issues and Process Issues.
• Consumption analysis and improvement.
• Market and customer information collection.
• Trial of Established or New Products
• New line implement and relative assistant
• Assist all relatives to the sales to get a new customer
• Perform new staff technical training.
• Assist QC, R/A.
• Assist to deal with the customer complaint.
• Assistant chemicals delivery for emergency required.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the manager.
