Job Description

• Design and build advanced applications for the web-based and other hybrid platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features following agile practices
• Work with graphic designers and convert designs to visual elements
• Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications
• Evaluate and integrate external SDK’s and API’s based on application requirements
  

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ year experience with backend and web programming, e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, SpringBoot (Java/Kotlin) framework
• Experience with security, data protection, database and load balancing
• Solid understanding of optimization, TDD programming, unit testing and CI/CD
• Good knowledge of microservices and other variants of service-oriented architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android/iOS/hybrid applications to back-end services
• Experience with docker and automated server deployment
• Experience with AWS services and AWS SDK
