The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world’s most helpful mobile experience. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of both platform and applications used by developers, test engineers, and management teams to streamline the test automation in security, privacy, stability areas across teams and Product Areas.
• Lead the design and development of data platform/data lake infrastructure to support test quality metrics and performance related analytics (report and dashboard) use cases.
• Build the tools to greatly improve developer’s and test engineer’s experience and productivity. Leverage Machine Learning techniques to scale test automation and improve test effectiveness.
• Be accountable for supporting and building upstreamed engineering test of a broad set of Pixel features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior members. Work closely with developers, test team, and other teams in identifying issues with production quality and coverage, and providing solutions of improvement through development, test practices, and processes.
