작업 내용

Purpose of the Job:

Ensure the production equipment up and running well and lead to best efficiency. Real time suppor to fix the problem of production equipments in shopfloor.

Key Accountabilities

• 主要負責電機相關設備維修並協助機械相關工作。
• 設備例行維護與保養。
• 機台問題解決與改善， 相關專案與會議參與 (Kaizen workshop, IP, 新機台採購)。
• 負責國內外備品零件採購。
• 設備搶修國外聯繫。
• 主管分配的其他專案 /任務。
• 確保機械設備運轉正常 / 執行全廠所有機械設備保養工作
• 設備確實符合生產需求 / 負責生產單位設備緊急故障搶修
• 確實做好預防保養工作 /執行設備預防保養,使符合本國及本公司之安全標準
• 確實推動 5S 要求/區域之整理及清掃等工作，要持續進行推動並保持成果
• 符合公司安全規範要求 / 配合施工必要告知廠商做好安全措施. 配戴防護設備防範意外

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations

Report to Manufacturing Engineering manager, close collaboration with production, shopfloor, and vendors.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• 電機 ，電控 相關科系 畢業，專科以上 ( Must )
• 二年以上電機維修經驗 ( 迴路查修，設備電機 / 控制相關問題解決 ) (Must)
• 人機、 PLC 自動控制查修 (A/B 、三菱 ) (Plus)
• 英文 ( 聽、說、讀、寫 )- 略懂 (Plus)
• 資訊 : 查修網路連結或 PCI 通訊功能 (Plus)
• 須配合輪班與假日加班，必要時緊急搶修支援
