The Role

Working as a Senior IT Software Quality Assurance Engineer based in Zhubei/Taipei, you will:

• Assess and audit software development process quality and maturity.
• Ensure that processes are applied across entire software development community as per company standards, policies, and regulations.
• Prepare software process quality documents and distribute company wide.
• Prepare quarterly software process quality audit reports.
• Work together with the IT operations and software development teams.
• Provide training on software development processes.
• Mentoring more junior staff.

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor or Master degree with relevant background (Computer, IT, Science…)
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience
• Experienced in defining and implementing software process quality standards.
• Deep understanding of various software development methodologies
• Good understanding on requirements engineering and release managements.
• Strong software process engineering background
• Fluent in English
• Be a team player.
