1.General Accounting & FPA

• Manage the bookkeeping, monthly close
• Produce Budget v Actuals: cost control
• Present Taiwan financials to senior leadership and company wide

2.CAPEX

Project Management

• Assess financial gap in current CAPEX & Labor Resources
• Partner with VP of Operations to do Budgeting for CAPEX expansion plan

Fixed Asset Management

• Ongoing Management: Track real-time costs of all existing equipment (incl. CAPEX, maintenance, fixtures etc.)
• Procurement: track payment status of CAPEX from Purchase Request to Vendor Payment

3.COGS & Inventory Management

Cost Methodology

• Develop should cost models
• Define COGS definition as organization transition from pre-revenue R&D center to volume manufacturing
• Define & manage BOM & Standard Cost

Inventory Management

• Deliver live information on stocked inventory
• Present information on semi-finished goods on production line
• Coordinate with operations team on binning strategy & recording methods

4.Accounts Payable/Procurement

Vendor Management

• Partner with Supply Chain tea to ensure timely processing of MOU/MSA for vendor qualification
• Manage procurement process flow to ensure timely Accounts Payable Management
• Ensure timely refund/replace process for items hat do not meat QA/QC

Accounts Receivable & Intercompany Revenue Management

• Manage all intercompany financial transactions including drop shipment to external customers
• Accounts Receivable: Timely management of Customer invoices
• Clearly define RMA process for bookkeeping purposes

5.ERP Management

• Key ERP liaison for all Taiwan processes
• Responsible for delivering SOP for all Taiwan based ERP processes

Minimum 10 years accounting experience. Candidate will be a proactive business partner across entire Taiwan team to drive and lead financial conversations/processes for a growing organization.
