The main products are popular among corporate customers and are used extensively in corporate gifts and employee benefits.

Job Description

• Serve as a source of expertise on reporting systems and data sources.
• Use innovative techniques and various applications to integrate data from separate systems to create accurate, consistent reports that are readily available for management review.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Monthly TX2.0 Financial Report closing (Big Entry, TXTM Movement)
• Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly FIRST Reporting (Flash, P&L, IFRS16, Other Statistics, IT KPI and IT Cost)
• Monthly Flash Comments (Topline, costs and expense analysis)
• Monthly Business Review slides preparation (Exec Sum, P&L, Top Line, L&E, Cost of Sales, Personal Cost and Other Cost)
• Reconcile account balance with operating system
• Assist finance lead for 3 years plan, Budget, Forecast process (Top Line, P&L, IT KPI, IT Cost, Country statistics, Other Statistics), financial data upload and retrieve.
• Assist internal / external audit

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a FP&A Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• More than 5 years working experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong experience using Excel, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools including Power BI.
• Fluency in Excel VBA is a plus.
• Good English communication skill
