Job Purpose

Keep plant facility in good condition and running well by daily maintain and management, perform continuous improvement. Apply broad and specialized knowledge across a unit with some complexity.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Support plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Facility. - Collaborate across functions to deliver support. - Support relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for Facility.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the whole factory building, including office and basement.
  • Implement Environmental/Safety/Health affairs where related to Facility including waste water plant treatment.
  • Supervises the daily running in Facility in order to meet daily requirement.
  • Fire-fighting conductor who takes responsibility on fire fighting and control system including the arrangement of fire-fighting drills.
  • To be a contact window for the local legal of building maintenance.
  • Other assignments/projects conducted by the Manager

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations

  • Directly report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
  • Needs to closely cooperate with APU (Production), Supply Chain and QEHS within plant.
  • Needs to closely cooperate with Group facility team on project and improvement.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree above on engineering related (Must)
  • At least 5 years’ experience on plant facility related . (Must)
  • Good English skill ( TOEIC 500 above or equivalent (Must)
  • Certificated on facility related (Preferred)
