This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• The candidate is responsible for managing SCM processes through procurement, inventory control, PR/PO material & production planning, and shipping and receiving to achieve the goals of maximum customer services, optimum inventory level and production capacity.
• Provide services and timely SCM management information for decision making and control the purchasing and sourcing processes to meet quality standards with on time delivery as well as reduce product costs. "
• Supervise and prioritize production plan and resources to meet customers’ product delivery requirements and to maximize the production utilization and capacity.
• Manage purchase order processes to ensure supply and quality of raw materials meet production requirements.
• Monitor production materials and products logistic management processes to achieve production requirements and customer satisfaction standard.
• Establish and maintain qualified suppliers to ensure material quality and minimize production costs through material procurement.
• Deploy Eaton SCM system to minimize process waste and maximize inventory level as well as meeting customer demands.
• Align the supply chain organization, set the sourcing strategy, establish key supplier alliances, manage compliance and risk, optimize company owned inventory, gather information on a timely basis and establish SCM processes and controls
• Increase responsiveness to customers changing needs, promote teamwork, improves supplier quality, and lowers overall total cost and increase value.
• Supervise SCM procedure and performance for PC/MC, purchasing, Warehouse and Material functions as assign.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, majoring in business management and international trade preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Channel and warehouse management
• Using SAP skill and experience.
• Production and material planning skill.
• Supplier management
• Warehouse management
• Toeic score> 650.
• Excellent communications skills
• Problem solving skill.
• Leadership and engagement.
