Responsibility

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of customers. Identify new opportunities for targeted products and applications as well as prioritize with existing accounts.
• Build and maintain close and effective working relationship with key customers at all level through the organization.
• Personally lead major bids and win at best price and terms, supported by other members of the Sales and Applications team as appropriate.
• Liaise with colleagues across Plasma in order to gain the benefits of common, best practice processes and to exploit cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff in all functions and areas of the Business. Work particularly closely with Marketing,
• Operations and Customer Support to optimize the introduction of New Products and Offerings.
