Our client is an established International Equipment in the packaging industry who is looking for an experienced and independent Sales Professional to support the growing business in Taiwan

In this role you will act as the main representative of the business, focus on the customer’s corporate-level people and private business owner, provide information on best practices, negotiate corporate-level agreements, sort out unsettled issues, improve customer satisfaction and further develop win-win business partnership.

This role will provide the sales, service and application solutions for the most advance and complexed machines with modern technologies to customers in Taiwan.

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, Taiwan.

The role can be based anywhere in Taiwan as you will be working from home.

What You’ll Need

You will need to have at least 5 years of sales experience in Complexed Automated Equipment and really love working with local and international clients. If you have experience in the Printing or Packaging industry, that’s a bonus!

The role will be based in Taiwan, hence only Taiwanese and expats already in Taiwan will be considered. English and Mandarin fluency is a must!

In Taiwan, the company is a sales and service team of 10 and the sales team is currently a team of 2. Reporting to the General Manager of the business, this helps you understand how business works on a level that others can’t. This also encourages good communications and decisions are made quick.

This company sees how important it is to have a capable team when they are small and growing. In this role, you’ll likely wear different hats. This could be from marketing, sales, to after sales & Service. That way you are able to gain knowledge and insight beyond your role.

You get the point - a small cohesive team, so that communication is simple, people understand their roles and the team can act quickly and in sync.

Ultimately you will need to complement them, they are not looking for a "Yes Man" but someone who can disagree without being disagreeable and who pulls together when a decision is made.
