From your automobile, to your wireless device, to the water-bottle you may be holding, Element Solutions Inc formulates and delivers the specialty chemicals that are in many things you see, and many things you don’t.Job SummaryReporting to the Sales Director Taiwan, Semiconductor & Assembly Solutions, the candidate will be responsible for coordinate cross function supporting teams internal to enable daily business operation smoothly. Supply chain, operation, customer service and direct customers will be main partners to success in this role. Office administrative support will be an additional requirement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Support sales team internal activities. (Sales revenue and forecast management, quotation)
  • Manage customer information and ad-hoc input on CRM system
  • Coordinate oversea sites communication to give additional support for supply continuity
  • Deal with customer request & complaint (Delivery, Survey, Customer system update and etc.)
  • Inventory management internally and externally
  • Business documentation management
  • Office administration support
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And QUALIFICATIONS
  • At minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree or additional education including on the job is plus
  • 3 years + experienced in commercial support or customer service role
  • Willing to make proactive communication, positive and open-minded attitude.
  • Familiar with MS Office operation. Understand SAP will be a plus.
  • English communication capability
