To implementing country annual retail education plan as directed by the brands guidelines and objectives and to deliver Global Retail Academy with required coaching program to field team, in order to grow sales and profit, increase market share and build brand saliency.Main Accountabilities:Retail Education Manager acts as a strong communicator with the Global/Regional Education for developing and designing of Training Tools & Materials, Digital assets, with strong Conference Management for regularly Regional Education Conference with all Global/Regional Education Team.

• Works with Global/Regional Education team to develop and support Country Education and Training strategies.
• To adapt, update and manage all Education assets for Product Launches and Retail Academy Programs for Global consistencies.
• Supports continual review and process/program improvements in Country Training and Education areas and proactively surfaces areas of improvement.
• Creates and maintains Education and Training materials (concept to execution) including product knowledge, brand history, and brand selling ceremony.
• To manage and track all projects, appropriately collaborates with other departments.
• Participate in regional relevant Training Seminars and Meeting.
• Develop Country Education Team member and Career path of Field Team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of sales and education experience in prestige skincare, retail or fashion brands
• Fluent communicator in English – both verbal & written
• Strong presentation skills and product knowledge
• Strong Coaching Skills, Self-Motivated, and a Team Player
• Travel varies by territory and may be extensive
