We don’t just provide customers with exceptional service — we create a positive experience for our employees, helping them grow their careers while they help customers enjoy and do more with their technology.Who is the Retail Account Manager?As a Retail Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop growth opportunities in new clients, products, campaigns, and solutions.To achieve your sales goals, you’ll drive sales performance, cultivate, and maintain valuable, long-lasting connections with your accounts’ key stakeholders. In addition, you will forecast and monitor account metrics, implement sales plans, and effectively communicate the status of efforts to the internal and external stakeholders.You will report to the Sales & Account Lead - Taiwan and responsible for our open channel in laptop and 3C related clients.Key Duties:- Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to find growing opportunities within the territory (new products, clients, campaigns, solutions).
- Drive sales performance to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain trusted and worthy relationships with clients as long-lasting customer stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track account metrics and sales plan implementation.
- Relevant work experience in managing 3C chain (CES, CS) and online channels (PCHome, momo, Yahoo etc.) with consumer electronics products.
- The ability to interact with, persuade and present critical stakeholders at all organizational levels, including but not restricted to executive and C-level roles.
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop etc.
- Basic written and spoken English ability.
