Who is the Retail Account Executive?

As a Retail Account Executive, you’ll collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop growth opportunities in new clients, products, campaigns, and solutions.

To achieve your sales goals, you’ll drive sales performance, cultivate, and maintain valuable, long-lasting connections with your accounts’ key stakeholders. In addition, you will forecast and monitor account metrics, implement sales plans, and effectively communicate the status of efforts to the internal and external stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

• Relevant work experience as a Retail Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or managing 3C chain (CES, CS) and online channels (PCHome, momo, Yahoo, Shopee, etc.) with Consumer Electronics industry, including home appliances, Smart Home (IoT) products OEM personal system inc. laptop, desktop, monitor, printer, and accessories.
• With good presentation skills, retail training experience, and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Has the ability to multitask and is detail oriented.
• The capacity to interact with, persuade, and present critical stakeholders at all organizational levels, including but not restricted to executive and C-level roles.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic written and spoken English proficiency.
• Possesses a driven and professional outlook.
