Position Summary

Industrial gases have been at the heart of Air Liquide’s activity since its creation in 1902. Today, our employees and distribution network serve more than 3.8 million customers, from multinational corporations to independent craftsmen, in 75 countries. Due to a significant growth in our business, our Taiwan office is now looking for a Reliability Engineer who enjoy to ensure and improve the reliability of our equipment for whole Taiwan’s site.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Participate in Vulnerability studies to identify failure risk of components,establish recommendations (maintenance, spare parts) for each of these components and have an action plan built from the recommendation list & owned by the operations team.

2. Identify reliability improvements, lead reliability incident analysis, follow and report on outstanding actions register for reliability incidents and on Group reliability flash implementation status.

3. Evaluate past incidents to identify trends and ways to improve reliability.

4. Develop reliability training and present training to operations team. Assist Operations team in achieving reliable operations standards and troubleshooting.

5. Report on reliability KPI’s Monthly and Implement the reliability field of the Industrial Management system.
