Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in supply chain planning and execution.
• Experience managing planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes with retailers (e.g., managing regional sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out demand forecasting and inventory allocation throughout product lifecycle).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a cross-functional leadership and change management capacity.
• Experience in planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization (e.g., setting goals, defining target inventory, etc.).
• Understanding of supply chain management (e.g., scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics, etc.).
• Ability to simplify complex problems and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

About The Job

In this role, you will manage demand and fulfillment planning for our key products and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire project lifecycle. You will manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres and it’s you will ensure team alignment on project progress and deadlines.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all demand and fulfillment planning activities for the region across multiple product categories, in a high visibility position. You manage key internal/external stakeholders and represent supply chain operations for Google’s Devices and Services business.

The team focuses on the whole consumer experience that includes purchasing, hardware, software, design, supply chain, and Go-To-Market.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly planning, forecasting, and replenishment discussions with third-party promoters to drive forecast accuracy and act as central point of contact for all supply chain operations and chair joint performance reviews.
• Support internal consensus forecasting process with regional business planning and central supply demand management teams.
• Maintain optimal levels of channel inventory to balance availability through the product’s lifecycle and lead supply allocation exercises and oversee order fulfillment.
• Support definition/blueprinting and implementation of planning systems/processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in regional supply chain operations.
