What You’ll Do"1. Major responsibilities are quality management system and secures all quality activities such as ISO,EQMS, IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC, management review and ISO audit.

Implement quality inspection plan for production processes, materials, and products to achieve targeted quality standards.B. Manage the test lab, equipment and handle the product acceptance test and validation test with test engineer.C. Conduct brand labeling and product localization with suppliers.D. Analyze products quality and returned products to identify quality issues and probable causes prevent same quality problems.E. Develop quality systems and programs to ensure total product and production quality, establish clear product quality targets and processes to meet the quality goals.F. Develop and deliver quality trainings to production employees to ensure quality standards of products and build a quality culture.G. Act as an internal auditor to maintain RTEFE’s ISO quality system& Eaton Quality system to meet ISO requirements.H. Carry out the project of quality assurance and prepare the routine quality report to management.I. Conduct new products qualification work per design requirement, manage quality inspection and test processes to achieve high quality of materials and products.J. Other tasks assigned by your supervisor."QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required, majoring in Electrical engineering preferred5+ years of relevant experience in electrical/industrial field, QA system management and material & product sourcing processSkills"

• ISO system and sourcing management.
• Excellent communications skills are must. Efficiency in both English and Chinese

• Electrical product,QA control, sourcing , testing experience is plus.
