Reporting to SBU New Product and Outsourced Quality Director, you as a Quality Manager will be responsible leading a team to manage and maintaining the outsourced suppliers’ quality. Form and maintain positive relationships with outsourced suppliers. Owned quality related KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and leading the creation and execution of the outsourced quality strategic action plan

About the job:

• Lead the quality effort for outsourced supplier development and continuous improvements activitiestargeted at achieving Littelfuse and customers quality standard and expectation as well as business needs
• Communicate with outsourced suppliers on a regular basis in order to address any concerns and foster andzero defects environment focused on continuous improvement
• Proactively monitor and analyze outsourced supplier quality performance
• Incorporate PPAP/APQP and Lean Six Sigma concepts for outsourced supplier improvement of qualityand delivery metrics
• Design quality processes and procedures in support of outsourced quality organization
• Collaborate with outsourced suppliers to develop and implement standards and methods
• Drive for zero defects mindset
• Facility continuous improvement projects with outsourced suppliers
• Train and develop outsourced quality team members
• Act as interface for quality topics to support outsources
• Conduct regular and necessary visits, audits, manage meetings at outsources
• Review process/package development and change management results and support risk assessment
• Drive best practice sharing and benchmarking activities among outsources

About you:

• Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronic, Automation, Mechanical,Electrical degree holder is a highly preferred
• 8+ total years in Quality, Process, Manufacturing (foundry/assembly/electrical test), or Engineering function
• Strong communication and management skills
• Knowledge on semiconductor foundry technology, assembly process and production, final test process and productengineering know-how
• Strong understanding of quality requirements such as 8D, material review board process, quality planning,qualification release criteria, change management, good understanding on operation/ planning/ logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of quality tools including cause-and-effect diagram, check sheet, control chart, histogram, Paretochart, scatter diagram, affinity diagram, tree diagram, control plan, and failure modes-and-effects analysis
• In-depth knowledge on ISO9000 / IATF16949 / VDA, automotive experience and exposure is added advantage.Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Able to interface effectively with associates and outsources at all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide quality interface at any level
• Previous experience with multinational corporations is an advantage
• Good understanding of and able to communicate in English. Knowledge in other language is an advantage
• Team oriented, responsive, ability to drive change and be able to work under high pressure
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment with different time zones
• Willing to travel extensively
