Job Description:

To provide all customers with Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and e-CoA in the format that they may require. Also, to resolve any issues related to CoA’s by working with the source locations. This position is also responsible for the routine inspection of supplier CoA and acceptance of incoming raw materials, process consumables, packaging materials, as well as any daily quality measurement.

• Ensure all Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and e-CoA are generated in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure all work instructions related to CoA/e-CoA generation are documented and accurately reflect current practice.
• Generate a priority list identifying any outstanding testing to be completed prior to lot release.
• Ensure that testing not completed is relayed to the lab with appropriate priority so that shipping is not delayed.
• Facilitate the response process for any questions production members or engineering may have concerning created certificates of analysis.
• Communicate with Production Planners and both R&D and the Pilot Plant when appropriate for certificate changes to ensure non-conformances or complaints do not occur.
• Generate QA/QC information as required by customers to support Quality initiatives and communications.
• Work directly with manufacturing locations to resolve any gaps in information.
• Automate and streamline information processing to improve response times for customers and reduce risks of errors.
• Perform identified inspection tests and verify supplier Certificates of Analysis against product specifications.
• Maintain raw material CoA data into LIMS, coordinates sampling of raw materials where lab testing is required.
• Ensure timely entry of material status into company resource planning system.
• Manage retain raw material storage and disposition.
• Adhere to all EHS guidelines and policies. Ensure personal safety by maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
