Job description:

1. Thoroughly understanding our cross-border business model and engaging with the team to discuss improvement opportunities, proposing and planning directions for process and functionality enhancements.

2. Taking charge of formulating, optimizing, and planning processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

3. Assisting in resolving system issues, and collaborating with the IT department to ensure seamless system functionality.

4. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing periodic performance data, offering insights, and presenting improvement recommendations.

5. Leading and driving cross-departmental projects, ensuring project completion as scheduled, and effectively communicating and coordinating work across different departments.

Key requirements:

1. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate seamless communication within a multinational team.

2. Ability to coordinate across different departments and teams, fostering collaboration and integration to achieve project objectives.

3. Proficiency in project management processes, capable of effectively planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
