The Manager is responsible for the Systems department management also involve in the operational process as Project Manager. The Manager is responsible for the cost, the performance and the timely delivery of the system projects. He is managing the processes, setting priorities, ensuring compliance of the project to the local regulations.

The Manager needs to communicate and cooperate with the Global Managers in the headquarters and the Manager works closely together with the Sales Managers in Taiwan, who is responsible for the order intake and profit margins on the project. The Manager supports the Sales team to translate the customers project requirements to a Busch Vacuum solutions.

Specialize in the two following areas are prefer:

General vacuum or Process Vacuum

Capable of managing turnkey projects at customer site

What it takes

• Organizer and problem solver in a dynamic environment

• Can be seen as specialist in vacuum solution by local organization and the customers

• Excellent communicator

• Fluent in English

Engineering degree in Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
