Summary Of The Role

• Project Controller for Heavy Lifting and Transport Operations
• Working at [Taichung, Taiwan]

The Project Controller will be responsible for providing financial services on projects by means of contract-and risk management, financial planning, forecasting, controlling and reporting; to ensure the projects are controlled in harmony with applicable standards, procedures and legislation of the region, in order to support Project Management.What You’ll Be Doing

• Project Preparation

Assisting Project Manager with operational budget, verifying with Sponsor, setting up administration, and initiating projects.Ensuring operational budget is recorded in monthly POC (percentage of completion) sheet.

• Project Execution

Managing SAP processes, tracking project finances, proposing cost control, facilitating reporting, and providing updates.

• Project Closure

Finalizing invoices and forecasts, updating records, coordinating invoicing, and closing projects in SAP.

• Reporting and Admin

Maintaining files, providing financial data, delivering reports, and aiding in budgeting.

• Budgeting and Forecasting

Supporting regional budgets, offering financial data, aiding in revenue predictions, and assisting in intercompany reporting.Additional Responsibilities

• Assistant Project Manager on-site, if required.
• Preparing and communicating Monthly Order Book to all regional personnel.
• Developing and implementing improvement initiatives.
• SAP specialist and promoter regionally.
• Taiwan representative for project control internally

What You’ll Need

• Be proficient in SAP functions
• Edcation: Bachelor’s Degree in economics or accounting with elevant construction experience.
• Experience: Minimal 1 year in similar capacity
• MS office suit, advanced skills
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
• Willing to travel and stress resistant
• Have experience of understanding contract basics
