Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the product life cycle of server chassis products, including the product development phase: product conception, specification, scheduling, prototyping, and tooling; as well as the mass production phase: product support and maintenance of the entire product life cycle

• Create and present chassis product road-map

• Closely work with engineering teams to review the product specification and design of chassis mechanical, thermal, and system architecture to enable competitive, high-quality server chassis product

• Lead cross-functional team to ensure time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery

• Closely work with oversea ODM vendor on server chassis product design and development, design review, chassis parts tooling fabrication and production ramp-up, set-up

• Work with marketing and sales on new chassis products launch and promotion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• 3+ years’ experience in server or ME hardware industry is desirable

• Product development and management experience in server chassis mechanical, thermal, and system design

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team

• Individuals must be able to work effectively in a high paced environment

• Experienced in Creo, AutoCAD program

• Experienced in computer systems integration science, Marketing, and Strategy.

• 8 years of channel engagement experience with a minimum of 4 years in a channel and/or consumer marketing.

• 3+ years developing, testing, and implementing promotions.

• Advanced PC skills in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong business management skills with the ability to plan and implement strategic and tactical programs.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate campaign and program analysis and derive insights to drive business actions.

• Proven track record in business growth and development

• Fluent in English (write and speak)

• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.

• Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations.
