  • Strong packaging background to lead PD team, also to be a cross functional role with ability oversight of the product/material development but also to help promote and become a subject matter expert on the products / materials that we will be introducing
  • Through proactive data mining to research and development the newest knowledge of packaging materials, also have a good knowledge of brand packaging materials and production methods, and working with our current clients, suppliers, and industry action groups on identifying specific product need and ideas.
  • To lead the packaging development process(including the innovation of packaging designs, prototype development, specification and testing) and working along side with the engineering, testing, operations, sales, & marketing functions who are focused on bringing new products to life and addressing specific customer needs, and launch the product to market finally.
  • Ability to marketing research skills, forecast, development, evaluation and design of 2~4 new products every year, and responsible for developing and bringing to market game changing new products, materials and provide unique offerings to distinguish us from our competition (with background in product marketing is a plus)
  • The candidate have ability to identify, research, and recommending what new products and materials our company should invest resources into developing which will require the ability to build a business case inducing a potential P&L analysis

    • Qualifications:

    1. Related major from under-graduated school would be plus like Industrial Design.

    2. Related product development working experience like product marketing and

    systematically research experience to collect market data.

    3. Good English reading, speaking and commercial communication skills.
