Company: Tong Hsing Electronics Industries Ltd.

Product: Automotive image sensors, infrared sensor, time difference sensor

Gross Monthly Salary: NT$ 50,000 - 70,000 ( 90,870 - 127,215 PHP)

Positions: Wirebond Process Engineer / Assembly Process Engineer

The candidate should have good knowledge of processing drawings, circuit diagrams, and a basic identification of structure diagrams. A university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a background in process engineering is required. Experience with the ASM LinDA model, K&S WBD, or ASM WBD equipment and maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
• Good knowledge in processing drawings, circuit diagrams, and a basic identification of structure diagram
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
