Job Description

• Collaborate closely with Software Developers, Product Management and cross regional QA teams to identify the best strategies, coverage for delivering functional test suites, regression and all required stability / stress testing to deliver excellent quality of product to market.
• Define appropriate quality standards and think about testing cases approaching and innovation to be executed more efficiency.
• Drive for platform quality software development, test automation and perform system-wide root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Passionate in technologies , active learner, self-Motivated and proactive to solve problems independently.
• Work closely with customer support and field teams to improve end-customer outcome.
• Think about out of box and what customers’ scenarios can help for quality coverage
  
  

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer science, at least 8+ years of product testing experience in embedded device in industry.
• Strong Experience with Linux base of embedded system testing to analyze platform memory allocation, system performance, USB interface issues.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex software issues and configuration problems in heterogeneous environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, test reporting and communication skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, with a collaborative, team-playing attitude.
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to take ownership of a component to drive quality and efficiency of our systems.
• Work closely with product owners, development, program management to drive QA schedules, tasks, and release activities.
• Excellent knowledge of the QA process and methodologies. Ability to drive QA programs and signoff with high quality bar
  

Proficiency in one or more of the following is required:

• Knowledge in Java , Python and be capable to develop script in Java / Python / GoLang Linux based of Shell Scripts to improve testing execution efficiency in automation.
• Experience in defining cases for automation strategy and executing test automation – functional , regression, performance and stress testing
