  • Generate the plant sustainability strategy and roadmap for Golf Plant TW plant including zero wastewater discharge in 2024, GHG reduction 50% in 2026 and maintain zero waste to landfill to achieve Eaton environmental goals/targets.
  • Lead cross function team to implement sustainability impact risk assessment, proactively find the opportunities and lead continuous improvement project to achieve sustainability goal in every operation process.
  • Reduce environmental footprints through modern technology bounded with smart operation footprint management.
  • Develop the sustainability activities to build green culture, motivate and engage employee to participate in multiple activities and continuous improvement initiates.
  • 100% meet compliance to follow regulation and Eaton requirement to well manage environmental function, fast response to execute change, maintain permits, conduct records, and report to government system to do the business right.
  • Organize sustainability committee meetings and site audits, also lead the environmental incident or near miss investigation and accountable for the actions to be followed up.
  • Develop MESH and ISO 14001:2015 system and coach cross-function team to apply and ensure all the requirements are met.
  • Provide coaching and training to site employees for sustainability improvement.
  • Lead MFG safety specialist to drive zero incident in shop floor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in environment or science or safety or relative engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS and lead the team to organize sustainability or environmental projects with necessary Cap. investment or build up the environmental system experience at manufacturing factory.
  • Technical knowledge
  • Proven experience on GHG (Carbon emission) elimination
  • Waste management license is required.
  • Expertise in environmental regulations and ISO 14001 standards.
  • ISO 14001:2015 leader assessor or water treatment, or air prevention or toxic management license, safety health license will be plus.
  • Soft skills
  • Solid experience as an environmental professional computer skill (ex.Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Ability to work in multicultural and international environment.
  • Well work cross-function, communication, coordination, environmental knowledge and English skill.
  • Workable English in reading, writing and English report.
