Job Duties

• Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Act as the site IO & RD point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients and on contact of TWLT & Taiwan Plant manager network.
• Coordinate site wide Core Value enhancement program on Safety culture, RFP, Ethic promotion by CPC, Care Team, DE&I engagement.
• Support on Site wide general issue and/or impact survey resolution with feedback by communicating with Facility and General Service, and Training of CV. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Highly engaged in site wide activities support also aligned within IO &RD functions, site Team building.
• Make travel arrangements at site for senior global leaders visit from IO.
• Undertake the tasks of site of IO & RD function collaboration, communication, routing correspondence
• Support Finance data collection and site cost saving program, budget control.
• Job Qualifications:
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with positive attitude toward CI.
• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, or in other secretarial position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with sounds good Advertisement skills in ppt, bulletin.
• Professional Project/Program management skills.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• High level verbal and written communications skills both in English & Mandarin.
• Discretion and confidentiality, Detailed and Quick response.
• Bachelor degree at least, Master at Finance, Business, Marketing or Language Art has preferred; 3 years above working experienced in related admin and/or Program management job, additional qualification as Finance or/and Marketing knowledge would be considered an advantage.
