At VanMoof, we like to do things a little differently. We’re rewriting the rulebook when it comes to e-bikes, and with that comes both eureka moments and a fair share of challenges. We’re looking for a Planning Manager to supercharge our support in the planning field. We’re not only looking for an expert in their field, but also a dedicated team leader with a thirst for innovation to help us succeed in our mission to get the next billion bikes.

As a Planning Manager, you’ll be based at our production headquarters in Taipei, and work closely with our Procurement team, Supply Chain PM team, Finance team, and Operations teams. You’ll lead the supply and demand planning of bikes and spare parts globally, and fulfill the parts demand for all our key regions.

Our ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented. Your concrete understanding of supply chain and demand planning will make it easy for you to tackle anything that comes your way. We’ll expect you to take complete ownership of our service support, so a proactive work ethic is a must.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll coordinate with our Procurement teams and Operations team in EU.
• You’ll assure the purchasing availability of spare parts.
• You’ll make sure that bikes and parts are delivered and fulfilled to demand side.
• You’ll plan the bike shipping and get a balance between supply and demand.
• You’ll analyze order fulfillment details weekly.
• You’ll lead the Planning team to next level for the supply balance.
  

What you’ll bring:

• You have between three and five years of supply chain and planning experience.
• You have strong communication skills can make other teams understand our targets.
• You are fluent in written and verbal English.
• You are a good team player to lead members to attain same goal.
• Data analysis skill and report generation skill.
• You currently live in Taiwan.
